FIT CAMP


Fit Camp has been designed to help you boost your health and fitness levels faster and easier than you would on your own.
You never have to commit to more than a month at a time and there are no long term contracts to lock you in.
The programs are always tailored to individual levels and needs, so although everyone may be doing the same exercise, you will be doing them to varying degrees and speeds.
In a group session with everyone working to their individual abilities, you are encouraged to focus on correct technique and work to a level that you are capable of. The purpose of this program is to increase your individual fitness levels without injury.
The Fit Camp program begins with a benchmark test, allowing you to set your starting mark and for the instructor to know your fitness level. Then progresses through a series of training sessions designed to help you increase your cardio health, fitness and energy levels, plus tone and strengthen the body. Finishing the month with another test, to see your improvements.
 Also included with your Fit Camp program is a ½ hour sports massage, this will help loosen any tight or sore muscles keeping you fresh and ready for your next training session.

$200 per month

PERSONAL TRAINING


Personal Training is great for those specific goals that you may have, from weight loss and body toning to sporting and fitness goals.


During your training sessions your trainer will help you work towards achieving the goals that you have set in a fun and engaging way.


Your trainer will be able to provide varied sessions that are within your range of fitness and have you achieving results in a reasonable time frame.


One to One Training: $35 per ½ hour session. $60 per 1 hour session

Swimming Lessons

SWIMMING LESSONS


For people of all ages from 6 months old to 60+ years old.


Swimming is a very important and rewarding life skill.  


All of the Fitness 4 Fun and Health swimming instructors are Austswim and RLSS approved. Classes will include water skills, stroke development, water safety plus around the pool awareness and safety.


Prices start at a maximum of $35 per ½ hour, for private lessons and go down from there for group sessions
